bacteriostatic water for research use only,
sold and shipped through this site.

  discontinue parts of the site at any

Research Use Only

Our product is labeled and sold
for research use only. It is not labeled for
human or veterinary injection or self-use.
We do not provide medical, dosing, or
treatment advice, and nothing on this site
should be taken as medical guidance.

Placing Orders

• Prices and availability may change
  without notice.
• An order is considered accepted once
  payment is processed and we send an
  order confirmation.
• If we cannot fulfill an order (for example,
  due to error or lack of stock), we may
  cancel it and issue a refund.
• Payments are handled through a secure,
  third-party payment processor. Your
  card details are transmitted over
  encrypted connections directly to that
  processor, and we do not store full card
  numbers on our servers.

Shipping and Changes

• Shipping methods, timing, and

• We begin processing shortly after
  payment. Once an order is in
  progress, it usually cannot be
  changed or canceled.

No Physical Returns

• Due to the nature of the product, we
  do not accept physical returns of any
  kind—opened or unopened.
• Issues such as damage, loss, or
  incorrect items are handled through
  review and, when appropriate,
  replacement or credit as explained on
  the Shipping & Returns page.

  available,” without additional warranties
  of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
